The Confession
Her voice came through my sleep-induced grogginess. “I’ve been a bad girl and I need to be spanked,” she whispered.
I’d been in bed for about 15 minutes and was just beginning to get warm, relaxed and comfortable. I was vaguely aware that she had slid in beside me. But now I was beginning to reawaken.
She amended her statement to say, “I’m about to be a bad girl and I probably should be spanked.” Now I was wide-awake.

“I guess so,” was the reply.
What to do, what to do? I really just wanted to go back to sleep. But since she’d asked, it seemed only fair to agree with her request.
I sat up and reached over to roll her over onto her stomach.
