I posted my first story in the reading area and I'm feeling very insecure. I thought it was okay (although not good).
I'm feeling insecure about my writing since no one has commented on it. Very insecure. Please tell me if it is bad and I shouldn't write any more.

Oh she's a brat, but that's for another room.
The important thing to remember SNN is that the writing is as much for you as it is for everyone else to read. If you liked how it turned out, that's what counts. If you think there are ways to improve your writing then go for it. I liked the way it was written in the first person, by doing so you gave it a personal voice. I found it intriguing and very well thought out.

SNN, I've been busy with company so this is my first chance to spend some quality time here. I loved your story and appreciated your honesty. It's not easy to write about those feelings so realistically.
We have a lot of lurkers enjoying the stories but they're not comfortable commenting so don't feel like it's a criticism if you don't get alot of feedback. I loved it anyway! Don't know if that's much consolation but it's true.  |

Bethie, you are the greatest! Yes, I need to remember the lurkers. They are spankos too. I guess I just needed to know from the regulars if I was way off base.
I'm feeling much better now. I just may have to go find some trouble so I can be spanked. I think I'll head on over to the stocks. I hear it is hopping right now!
