I'm sad! After 45 posts, I'm still a new member. Seems like everyone else is already at a spanko level.

If you make just a few more posts, when you reach 50 you'll be at "Junior Spanko" status.
I really did plan to change all of those before we opened the forum and completely forgot. It wasn't until Fanny mentioned it that I remembered.
I just wish I'd come up with a better name for us moderators, too. I guess it doesn't matter for me since I can't remember if I'm logged in as "Admin" or "Bethie" until I see the picture on the post.  |

Well, Bethie, we may have to post a challenge to come up with a better name for you! There are lots of creative people here and I'm sure we can come up with something descriptive. |

I haven't posted the status levels because in the beginning I wasn't sure how many I'd need. Then I went back and changed the titles of those levels a couple of times. I may change them again so be aware of that.
Promotions are as follows:
Until 50 posts are made - New Member
After 50 promoted to Junior Spanko
After 100 - Spanko
After 500 - Advanced Spanko
After 1000 - Supreme Spanko
After 5000 - Ultimate Spanko
That's how it is now, but I'd like to change a couple of the titles. I was going to change "New Member" to "Newbie" or "New Spanko" but that didn't sound quite right. Who knows? I might get a wild hair and change it anyway.  |

Actually, I'm starting to think I didn't do a very good job of setting up the levels. The software only allows for six levels so that means Ultimate Spanko is it. That's why it's 5000.
I really think I need to go back and reset some of the limits - maybe reset "New Members" to less than 100 posts and go from there. Unluckily, that would demote you and a few others for a little while.
Honestly, until I looked at how I'd set it up and then saw your post count, I hadn't realized how badly I'd miscalculated! LOL  |

I reset the levels like I mentioned I might but I'm still not completely satisfied with the higher levels. I'll let y'all know when I make the final decision.
Right now I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off so y'all will have to excuse my lack of participation for the moment. I'm still here, just not able to do more than maintenance right now. And sometimes that's a little time consuming!  |
