I went to visit my friend last week and he told me that each
night he wakes up and gets out of bed at least 180 times.
However, he always sleeps for at least 7 hours at a time.
How can this be explained?? |

I have been thinking about this riddle since yesterday! 
Your friend must live at the South Pole where the sun doesn't rise for six months at a time during the winter months....right?
