Any ideas what implements might leave the most lasting marks? Or the most lasting sensations? So far we've used canes, paddles, a leather flogger, and of course his hand= |

Anything can leave a lasting mark when applied with enough force. That being said....please be careful..leaving a mark is one thing...getting hurt is another. |

Not into this myself but here are some thoughts.... The problem with creating lasting marks is as Tammy alludes, basically the mark is a result of some form of damage to the body - so making marks requires inflicting damage and that leads to the possibility of getting "hurt" - unwanted damage that may be more permananet and debilitating than was desired... One solution may be to be able to precisely REPEAT relatively minor damage in the same loctaion until that precise location is marked in a lasting manner. One way of doing this might be with a misery stick (btw these things are well named). The "flicks" of a misery stick can be quite precisely placed to make patterns - or in this case more permanent marks by repeating the flicks until the desired result is attained. These things can break the skin which I suspect could lead to permanent scaring if applied repeatedly. Obviously there would be concerns with infection if the skin is broken, and the usual potential problems with bruising (inflamation and permanent hematoma). I have seen photos of patterns and marks created with a plain old elastic band - it is held taut against the skin with one hand and repeatedly "snapped" with the fingers of the other hand. If the elastic band is not shiffed, all the snaps land on the same spot which makes a short red line which can last quite a while (hours certainly, possibly days). Quite pretty patterns can be built up of segments of red line. I think this can also cause deeper bruising which may show after the red lines have faded. I personally have not tried any of this. You need to go slow and experiment carefully and of course use your own head! |

As Tammy and Petergrimm have stated any implement with enough force used can leave marks and could possibly leave permanent scars. My personal opinion is leaving marks that could lead to permanent scars is just to risky but to each his own I guess. I do know some like the marks that are left after a spanking. I have some permanent scars from spanking and I now wish I didn't have them , the guy I am with now has taught me that scars and marks don't have to be left in order for a spanking to hurt or sting. He has given me plenty of discipline spankings that hurt like the dickens yet he left no permanent marks or scars on me either. Have fun with it but be careful! |

Scars are definitely a session gone overboard! I have proof of that! |
