I'm really getting the Winter Blues. Although I'm getting better...seems the place we lived in was thick with black mold and I got sick from that. We have moved and I'm finally getting over it. I'm ready to hear from all of you!! Make me laugh!!! Every time I say the word "exercise" I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Tammy...I have only moved from the UK to the USA and then from the crap trailer to this house...and that's enough in 6 months! And I get to do it again in about 2 or 3 months when the house we are hoping for goes through in the bigger city. Oh my achin back! Every time I say the word "exercise" I wash my mouth out with chocolate

I'm sorry you're having a rough winter, Shylah! Moving sucks and being sick sucks. I have the winter crud that won't die living in my sinuses now. There were a few days there that I had hope I was getting better...and then I had a gall bladder attack right before I got sick again. I need to get well so I can get the countless spankings Dan has been promising me. But at least I don't have to move anytime soon. |

Tammy...I AIN'T unpacking everything...just what we need for now and a few things to make it seem homey till the other house is ready. I still have a bit of crud in the sinus but overall I feel MUCH BETTER. I had my gall bladder OUT about 7 years ago. Man I can still remember how it felt to have an attack. I thought my whole body was in a cramp! And it made me sick to my tummy. I also have a new member of my family...a standard long hair daschund! Got him from the SPCA..he had been dumped on a country road and was there since Sept. He's a DARLING and adorable! Every time I say the word "exercise" I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Oohh a new doggie! I'm glad you went to the SPCA to rescue a dog. I grew up in the country and I couldn't tell you the number of dogs people dumped out there. Heck, they still do, I guess. It's ridiculous! Mom wanted to keep them all but after a while, it would get to be too much so we'd have to find homes for the ones we could. I really hated the people who dumped their pregnant dogs off. We had the strangest assortment of dogs sometimes. LOL That was my first gall bladder attack and I didn't know what was going on. That was awful! I got some good meds though and some appointments lined up for more tests so we'll see how it goes. In the meantime, I'm still hacking and wheezing. This winter has been for the suck healthwise! I'm glad you're feeling much better, especially with all the moving around you're having to do. |

Things are looking up somewhat. We have really been struggling since we got back. Now I'm looking at the pile of bills that have come in and trying to figure out how to rob Peter to pay Paul...LOL...it's going to be one of those going down one side of the street to pay and then the other side of the street to apologize. The dog is a sweet little thing. He just wants to be loved. I love to watch him walk...he's got that "daschund waddle" with the tail in the air. He was in there so long he doesn't know how to play. I'm trying to figure out how to train him to let us know when he wants out. I've never heard him bark. The hubby says he's heard him. During the day we let him out regularly and walk him but at night we've had to resort to putting him in the laundry room with a gate on the door so he doesn't soil the carpet when we are asleep. Even if we let him out last thing before bed. It broke my heart when we went to the adoption center. I wanted to take all of them. Some looked at us so hopeful and I just wanted to cry. Beautiful dogs and stuck in cages. Everyone wants puppies so the adult dogs get passed over. Every time I say the word "exercise" I wash my mouth out with chocolate
