I've been meaning to post this for a little bit. Any Country fans out there -- ever listen to the Montgomer Gentry song. A fairly new one "Something to be Proud of" I love the song itself. It is about a time basically before Dr. Spock becme the rate. If you listen closely the line is in there "cane switched raised and dirt floor poor". In my opinion that means only 1 thing. In the olden days canes and switches were used. The Spice of Life is having my OWN WAY!! A spanking would be nice.

I need to pay closer attention to those lyrics from now on. Daddy's hands were soft and kind when I was cryin´ Daddy´s hands, were hard as steel when I´d done wrong Daddy´s hands weren´t always gentle But I´ve come to understand, There was always love in Daddy´s hands One that always gives me tingles...by Holly Dunn wolfie loves Steve more than anything else in the whole world...even more than chocolate and lobster! ISN'T IT OCTOBER YET? *pout*

Mornin All. Progress-I drove myself to school today. Strangely enough I am a big country music fan. If I remember correctly Holly Dunn was strongly critiscized for that song as encouraging child abuse. Many country "stars" rallied to her defense. What would be intersting is a discussion of which country singers (female) most deserve a spanking. TD has voted for Tanya Tucker-I tend to agree. Thoughts? HT Her love has no strings, No shackles or chains But I'm holding on for dear life- She feels like I'm rolling a seven-- Every time I roll the dice Delbert McClinton

I've always loved that song. I don't see how that encourages child abuse, last time I checked a spanking wasn't abuse. I agree with TD. Babyj- worlds cutest little brat!

I love Tanya Tucker, she's one sassy lady! I wouldnt want that spanked out of her. Most of the country singers I can think of are sensible, down to earth women. If anyone needs to be spanked it's those serious brats like Britney and Jessica. They could both do with several bouts of otk attitude adjustment! wolfie loves Steve more than anything else in the whole world...even more than chocolate and lobster! ISN'T IT OCTOBER YET? *pout*

Baby: I agree with you. However the forces of political correctness went after the reference. I have been know to sit in my car and weep when that song is played. Wolfie: Tanya is sassy-but when she was younger she was a class A brat. A red sore rump would not have slowed her down too much. Most country singers are pretty down to earth but some could use a return trip to the metaphorical woodshed. Jessica and Britteny could definitely use some serious attitude adjustment. Endart has a comic on that issue in his Pamela Lee series. (See what I was doing on the net while recovering from head injury?) Enjoy: HT From Outlaw Women by Hank Williams Jr. These outlaw women first of their kind outlaw women they got here right on time Outlaw women they don't need any guns outlaw women just out for fun In many ways she's a lot like me she don't give a damn 'bout society Might be a little rich girl she might be poor She Might be a married woman that needs a little more Yeah.. she's a outlaw woman first of her kind Her love has no strings, No shackles or chains But I'm holding on for dear life- She feels like I'm rolling a seven-- Every time I roll the dice Delbert McClinton

One song that has always reminded me of needing an emotionally connected or therapeutic spanking is that old song "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler. That song has just always flooded me with emotion. "I wish the real world would just stop hassling me!" -Matchbox 20

Absolutely! I found the lyrics to that song on her website...I just love that song too! ***************** Where have all the good men gone And where are all the gods? Where's the street-wise Hercules To fight the rising odds? Isn't there a white knight upon a fiery steed? Late at night I toss and turn and dream of what I need. I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night He's gotta be strong And he's gotta fast And he's gotta be fresh from the fight I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light He's gotta be sure And it's gotta soon And he's gotta be larger than life Somewhere after midnight In my wildest fantasy Somewhere just beyond my reach There's someone reaching back for me Racing on the thunder and rising with the heat It's gonna take a superman to sweep me off feet Up where the mountains meet the heavens above Out where the lightning splits the sea I would swear that there's someone somewhere Watching me Through the wind and the chill and the rain And the storm and the flood I can feel his approach Like the fire in my blood "I wish the real world would just stop hassling me!" -Matchbox 20
