Greetings! Since you are here, I will take it as a given that you are interested in adult spanking in one or more of its many varieties and I'm happy you have come by our little forum.
If you are interested in becoming a member and joining us in our discussions, please, read the Site Protocols thread. If you know our rules, that will make your time here much more enjoyable, and I really want your experience here to be one of enjoyment!
Now here comes the less enjoyable part of running this forum. Every six months or so, we have a bit of a bump in the road here and I have to make a few points clear to certain people. This time, I've decided to devote an entire thread to this. I'm tired of having to explain it over and over to different individuals. Now it's here for all time.
If, for whatever reason, you do not agree with my rules, you will probably be happy elsewhere. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to be completely upfront with you. I don't expect every spanko in the world to agree with my point of view, I really don't. But I do expect the people who post here to abide by my rules. I believe that is a reasonable request. This is not a public service we are providing here; it's a personal site that I am running with my own resources with some help from some good friends.
This forum is not a business. Yes, there are ads up, but that's just in an effort to help with the bandwidth bills. I'm not getting rich over here, believe me, but that's not why I set up this forum anyway. This forum is a labor of love and I provide it so like-minded people can join us for discussion, information, or fun.
If you think my rules should be changed, I'm sorry, that's not likely to happen. I like them just the way they are. If anything, I add to them once in a while when something new pops up. If you hound me or try to browbeat me into changing them for you, you will be sadly disappointed, I'm afraid. This is my site and you are my guest. I'm happy to have you here, I'm thrilled when new people join us, but understand that you are here in my personal space and I am fierce when it comes to guarding that.
Also, for every person who tries to get me to change the rules one way, there's another who would like me to change it the other way. There's no way I can please everyone, I know that, so I just do my best to run a site I can be happy with. That's pretty much all anyone can do.
I'm not here to gain fame or fortune so don't try to tell me how to improve this site so I can achieve those goals. That's not why this forum is here. I'm just trying to carve out a comfortable little niche in the web for people like me who want to discuss adult spanking. Emphasis on the adult. I'm never changing that rule, btw.
Whatever you do, don't assume that because I'm a woman , a bottom, or a submissive that I am weak-willed or that you can tell me what to do. Don't ever order me around, lecture, threaten, or belittle me because that will not get you anywhere but shown the door. If you can't respect me, my rules, my moderators, or the other members then you don't belong here.
This may not sound all that friendly, but I'm just trying to keep this forum running smoothly. I do that for my mods, myself, and for the people who agree with our rules and enjoy being here. They rely on us to enforce the rules as promised.
Now I hope no one takes this to mean I'm upset, because I'm not. I'm just attempting to communicate with everyone here and reassure some members that I am still here and in charge.
