I know hun i built those walls and they can't come down and the more i get hurt the higer they get but i promise u when they fall and ur able to let go of all the pain and anger and hurt it's a relief because it means there nothing holding u back anymore u can be urself

Babyj the only way those walls we build so well can come down is when were willing to let them come down and we know were safe and no ones gonna hurt us so u need to make sure u find ur place where u know ur safe and i think u do with greg but now u need to help that wall to come down and crying all in all helps to get rid of the pain and the hurt from the past and the lose helps us to be weak but at the same time stronger then we were before just not so locked up

the only problem is Greg doesn't do good with emotions, he cant understand why I cant let the past go, 60 is helping me through it though

Well it's good that u have someone like 60 to lean on and now theres two people to help u through this and be there for u hopefully things will get better for u just let it take it's time and let urself feel better. and sooner or latter that wall will fall and thing will be and seem so much better
