We seem to have a problem with people not receiving the email with their registration keys so they can access their accounts. The self-registration is set up to let you register a new account w/o having to be approved. All we need is a working email so if you provided that and didn't get your key or it didn't work, it's a technical problem not a matter of being approved by admin. Please don't think it's personal! So if you filled out the application for membership and didn't get your registration key or it doesn't work right, please email me and I'll be more than happy to help you get logged on. Thank you! Those who are not recieving the registration keys might want to check wherever their bulk mail or spam goes. For some reason, that's where mine went... Thanks for that info, Rhapsody! That may explain alot of the problem. The email you'll receive says it comes from "Apache" the software that handles the Den's email. That may be why it's being sent into bulk/spam folders. |

Okay, settings have been changed and our outgoing email says it comes from "Spanking Den" now. I hope this helps. |

Hi again, everyone! We seem to be having the same issue of the activation keys going into the spam folders of most of the people who've signed up for membership. If you signed up and didn't receive your activation key, please contact me and I'll be happy to send you a new one. Today I went through the members list and tried to email everyone who hadn't activated their accounts. More than half of those emails were returned to me. The most common error was "This user doesn't have a 'name of service' account" or "Mailbox Not Found." You must enter a valid email account in order to receive your activation key. Also, if you accidently spelled any part of your addy incorrectly, that could be the problem. We use self-registration through email so there is no one to approve or disapprove membership. If you sign up correctly, you'll get an email with your activation key. If you don't get one it doesn't mean you were turned down by us; we don't do that here.
