A vacationing family sitting around the campfire has the following conversation:
1. Father: What day is it? I am sure it isn't Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
2. Mother: Well that's not very helpful dear. Besides yesterday was Friday.
3. Father: No, now that I think about it, yesterday wasn't Friday, tomorrow is Friday.
4. Junior: The day after tomorrow is Thursday.
5. Susie: You are nuts. Tomorrow is Thursday.
6. Mother: Actually, it's probably Thursday today.
7. Junior: All we know for sure is that it wasn't Sunday yesterday.
If only one statement above is true, what day of the week is it? |

1) it has to be Monday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
2)Can't be Saturday.
3) Can't be Thursday?
4) Can't be Tuesday
5)Can't be Wednesday?
6) ????
7) T, W, TH, F,S Sn?
The only day that is not really discussed is Monday, except in the first statement. So I conclude that the first statement is correct and every other day is eliminated but Monday.
OR maybe I am just nuts!!
