From the top: Hand, paddle, ruler, spatula, spoon, crop. I have a wooden spoon that I found, (an old one) and it is curved,} just right to go around the bun! Belt, strap, flogger. |

Hands - gotta love the hands, very intimate
Hairbrush - can sting, can be taken anywhere
Paddle - leather or wooden depending on my mood and how red I want him to be
Crop - Cuz I like it *grin*
The most fun things are the things I pick up around the house because they are close - wooden spoon, ruler, ping pong paddle, spatula, paint stir stick, that dirty magazine he was reading when I got home.... |

I am new here but wanted to add my favorite to least....my favorite is the belt, just tie my hands to the headboard and have at it, my least is his hand....we have other implements we use but it's hard to put into order |

This is like asking which tool in my tool box is my favourite.
Personally a hammer doesn't cut it for driving screws.
So if I want (to get or give) a massage we use a suede flogger. This could get thuddy but I don't think you can get any sting out of it at all. Now if you want that "Holy Shit! That burns all over" kind of bite then I have a nice full size rubber flogger that had can strip off skin - literally. For precision lines of streaking fire there is the cane. The hairbrush is the vicegrips of the toy box - useful for all sorts of things but great for warm-up since it is so easy to control the intensity. And a mini rubber flogger for precision sting.
But how do you rate them for preference? Isn't the prefernce being stated really which sensations are prefered?
So I like a warm up to start soft and work up to a substantial sting, followed by building thud then a burning sting for the finale. At least some days. Other days just give me the suede flogger for an hour or so lol.}

My favourite instrument is an ivory or white plastic cooking chopstick (Yeah, my friends think it funny too!)
I am talking about a chopstick normally used for cooking, 27 cm long (just under 11 inches). Being made of ivory (or cheap white plastic) it is quite heavy. It is thin, and carefully used between the thumb and fore-finger it can be allowed to whip down sharply. When applied to the bare bottom with sufficient vigour it stings deliciously with enough pain to make it worth while but without excessive pain enough to actually hurt (like a cane). To me, the perfect instrument.
It also leaves lovely thin marks if used properly.
In the hands of someone skilled and experienced it is wonderfully arousing. Needless to say, it must be applied to the bare skin, and is perfect for an OTK spanking. (It is not so effective if you are bending over touching toes or bending over a table or desk.) |

I don't know how to start a "Thread" but here goes! On implements I was given the URL by Bethie for the Country Store and I purchased the wooden long handled bath brush which I must say is AWESOME! What a bun burner for a warm up spanking! Yesterday I went to: Bed Bath and Beyond and found a wooden curved mixing spatula or stirring device. It is thick, curved just right to go around the butt, and squared off at the end insteaad of round. It has a long handle too! I suggest all who like wooden implements buy one of these for the price of $5.00! Very strong and sturdy! The first one I found was an antique which I found at somebody elses house and I did not want to break it because it was thin at the end. I believe the thicker squared off end will be a nice bunn burner! Of course I tried it out myself so I would know what I was talking about! Perfect for the enthusiast! I spank Michael with the hairbrush or paddle. He gets a weekly, preventative paddling every saturday,whether he's been a good boy or not. When he needs to be punished, generally the hairbrush. When I'm a bad girl, I usually get a paddling. If he flirts or lies, he gets switched after a good hairbrushing. Works well, as I've only had to do it three times. |

Hubby's favourite is the Jokari paddle, which I think it very funny since when we forst got it from Bethie, he thought it was "too heavy, and too dangerous" to use on me... go figure!
