I've been locked away in my sewing room all winter making my creations and I have a little tv and vcr in there. When there isn't anything good to watch (as is the case most of the time here in the UK) I put in a movie and watch them again and again. Ok..so Lion King and Titanic are getting a bit worn...and maybe Toy Story 2 (you have saved our lives...we are enternally grateful!) I would LOVE to get The Color Purple and Sgt Peppers on a PAL vcr tape although the vcr player I have will play any kind of tape. Anybody out there got them and don't want them anymore and feel sorry for a displaced Okie who can't afford cable or satellite and loves to watch movies??????????? Do I sound pathetic enough??? I can do better. Just ask Tammy.
Take my heart and soul. But please don't step on it, it breaks easily.

I have a bunch of VCR tapes you can have if that's what you're looking for. I have no idea what a "Pal" vcr is though. I replaced my favorite vcr tapes with DVDs and packed the tapes away so if you want them, they're yours. I can't promise the movies are good, but the tapes are fine! |

The VCR I have will play both kinds so it doesn't matter. Take my heart and soul. But please don't step on it, it breaks easily.

Fanny, thanks! I thought it might be something like that. Shylah, since you have a vcr that handles both, I'll get those tapes out and pack 'em up. I'll make sure and throw in some double stuff Oreos, too. |

She got a taste of them the last time you sent me some and she's always asking me if I have gotten anymore...don't forget some of the peanut butter ones too!!! I'm such a greedy thing. But loveable. Just ask me. Take my heart and soul. But please don't step on it, it breaks easily.

Like I could forget to send the peanut butter ones! It's dangerous to keep those cookies around so I've got to get those cookies in the mail soon. They seem to be calling my name and I've already "accidently" opened one bag. |

Mmmmm milk and cookies...okay, before the call of the Oreos gets to be too much, I have a question. Do you care what tapes I send? I have a weird assortment. I think my sister got into them because she thought I'd discarded them and took out all the family type movies. I noticed she left the sci-fi and thriller/mystery movies. I'll make a complete list and email it to you before I mail them, okay? |

OKayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I like sci-fi expecially Star Trek...not that big on thriller/mystery but it depends on the movie. I'm still trying to find The Color Purple and Sgt. Pepper with the Bee Gees. I just search. I can't even find it on Ebay! I found Excalibur and a League of Their Own in a thrift shop the other day. Coooooool!! Take my heart and soul. But please don't step on it, it breaks easily.
