"Any Bacardi here?" He sits at the bar and licks the road dust from his lips. The bartender rings up her last sale and as she does he steals an eyeful of her ample bottom. She turns and smiles "I'm sorry, What would you like?" If she only knew he thought, grinning. "A Bacardi and Coke, please."
"Not from around here, are you?" she asked.
No, I'm just passin' through and was hoping' to run into an old friend...

I'm glad you dropped by! It's a lazy Sunday afternoon and I can't think of a better way to spend it than relaxing with an old pal.
I'm as busy as ever but doing great! Right now I'm taking a break from working on a paddle for Tammy. I'm woodburning something special onto it. You just know she's going to appreciate it...one way or another!  |

I'm doing "okay" Wyatt, thanks for asking. I have been in the hospital more than I would like, but I am a stubborn, feisty one, so that helps the fight.
Of course, those same traits get me into a whole lot of trouble at times, but you learn to take the fun with the not so fun. And you just have to know I love to have fun!

Good for you, Fanny! We are going to be closing the motorcycle shop, and it looks like I will be searching for a new full time job. Bummer.

Remember the saying, Wyatt, when a window closes a door opens (or is it the other way around?)
Anyway, I had to quit my counseling work when I began my chemotherapy, but now I have started a new business that I love and have the time to continue work on my novel. So sometimes, when things end, better things start. DAMN....am I turining into a Pollanna now?!?!
