Don't worry, you're ok! Just because i like to be spanked doesn't mean I want to be someone's slave girl or live under someone's iron fist. Personal preferences vary and it's ok! You just like spanking without the domination part.
for example - just because you like chocolate doesn't mean you like chocolate *cake*. Just because you like spanking doesn't mean you like Bondage, Domination and other satellite kinks. see what I'm saying?

Nope you are not alone. I like to be spanked but my hubby knows that to try and dominate me is a big mistake. It's a mutual decision that he likes to spank...I like to be spanked and I have a mind of my own so he doesn't need to tell me what to do. And he is relieved with it as well cos he is really a softie at heart and he really doesn't have the "macho" attitude.

I think it just depends on preference, yeah. A slave relationship is unnecessary, but it can make your relationship change for better or worse.
I for one am good with either. So long as I get to give a punishment when it's due. |
