Do any of out kind readers accept punishments other than spanking. By this I mean corner time, adult time out, being sent to your room, grounding, lines or other forms of submission or discipline.
Is non spanking punishment part of your standard relationship or reserved for special events.
How do you feel and what do you think about when serving your time or completing your assignment. |

Yes I do accept non spanking punishments. I've been given corner time in whatever room I happen to be in at the time and I have also been given a time out in the bedroom as punishment. Not at the same time, though. It's one or the other. This is for small infractions like being a few minutes late or a slightly snarky remark. Sometimes I have a "punishment day" where I accept various non spanking forms of discipline like limited use of my cell phone and internet usage as well as chores to complete around the house throughout the day and there are certain things I have to submit to if told to do so. Although there are various outfits he will have me wear when I'm being disciplined at times other than "punishment day", I have one that he has designated as the "punishment outfit" and that one is always worn on "punishment day". That's not to say I don't get spanked on "punishment day", but it's dominated by non spanking forms of discipline.
Regardless of whether it's a short-term non spanking punishment or one of the many non spanking forms I accept as part of "punishment day", I feel a couple of different things. First I feel embarrassed about my actions that earned me the punishment to begin with. I also feel remorseful for having disappointed him the way I have. Now this part may sound weird to you, but there's also a part of me that feels very relieved. In a strange way, for me being disciplined is quite cathartic.
One last thing, I'd like to make it clear that when I say I'm being disciplined and submitting to various punishments or other requests that it is 100% consensual and he has never truly made me submit to something against my will through guilt or physical force. |

If I am out of place for answering that question or I am off topic my apologies, I thought I was answering the question, and because I do not accept other punishments, that was all I have to say on the topic. It's all about the spanking for me. |

Chuck is looking for input from people who engage in non-spanking punishments which is why he started his post with that question. It's an opening which invites people who engage in that activity to join in the conversation. By only answering in the negative to the first question and ignoring the meat of the topic, you didn't join in the discussion which is about your experiences with non-spanking punishments. You completely ignored the main topic of discussion. The thread is titled "Punishments other than Spanking" so please stick to that topic.
When people who don't have experience in an activity that is being discussed come in and just say that they don't engage in that activity then leave it at that, it doesn't add to the conversation. In fact, it can be seen as a negative response and can kill the conversation completely. All I'm asking is that you discuss the topic at hand. He wasn't taking a poll, he was asking for feedback.

My bad, I read it as he was interested in an overall opinion, poll sort of, if any of us accepted non-spanking punishments. I responded because the only way he would know, or get an idea if people do or don't accept non-spanking punishments is if those of us that don't let him know that we were here, read the post and told him that we don't.
Otherwise, people reading the thread would only see affirmative responses and might possibly get the impression that everyone that gets spanked also accepts non-spanking discipline also.
Once again my apologies, I misunderstood the initial question in his post asking if any of us do accept non-spanking punishment.
All that being said, if I am lucky the BF will see all this and decide his belt needs to be applied to my bare bottom, for all the confusion I have caused here. |

Hey Chuck,
I get it now, I have been with guys in the past, ya know, had to kiss a few frogs before I found my Prince & DOM.
So I am saying I tried other forms of discipline. For me, and this is just my humble opinion, those other forms of discipline just didn't do it for me, was kind of too impersonal & let me say just as a good hard bare bottom spanking with his belt works wonders for me. There are people, including some of my/our friends think I am insane for allowing him to whip me. So just because it doesn't float my boat doesn't mean that it isn't fantastic for someone else.
A DOM, over my clearly stated objections, one time ordered me to stand in the corner. I did as I was told, stood there, completely bare, looking at the stupid wall, listening to him in the other room watching an Eagles game on TV, thinking WTF am I doing, standing here wasting my time. It eventually caused me to resent him as I felt standing in the corner was a way of him dismissing me, not part of a a loving caring physical relationship. I stayed there as I was told because I truly love being totally submissive to the guy I am with but, for me all it did is annoyed me to point ending that relationship. |

Oh my I cannot tell u how familiar I am with the corners in both my bedroom and our office. :-( I have also had to write lines as punishment. (that sucked). I have had my mouth washed with soap, have had ginger used on me and lost privileges like my laptop and credit cards.
I am proud to report that as of late I have stayed out of trouble and the spankings I have gotten have been for pleasure. So I guess the other stuff DID work. Ha ha ha (please Lord, do not let him see I admitted that!) Ha ha ha |

One that I have tried is asking permission day.
Asking permission to get up to get dressed to eat a meal to go out to go to the toilet if she does something without permission she is punished.
Its a case of if you misbehave you have to learn not to and the best way is to ask before doing anything |

When you say 'punishment other than spanking' I presume you mean spanking other than on the bottom. If so, then I qualify to answer in that My wife canes me on my hands if she so desires, and please believe me, the sting lasts for hours !!! |

If i happen to lose my temper i usually end up washing the floor emm with no clothes on.I find it a bit humiliating and pref are a good spanking any time. |

Cleanliness is next to godliness. One could easily envision a SM version of Cinderella where the Ugly Stepsisters are all dommes, and Cinderella has to do all the chores totally naked except for a butt plug and nipple clamps. I am also used to non spanking discipline, as my husband travels. I have had privileges taken away, sent to bed early, forced to write, figged, and been told to not wear panties for the day while wearing a short dress. The list goes on, I hate it all, but it works.

I like too give hand strappings for offenses involving the hand. I also give then when planning a butt strapping. I may do them before as a foretaste or after as a post-script to a hard butt strapping. They are also good as penalty strokes if the spankee has numbed out. |

MOST women like their feet and tummies tickled lightly, with the tummies done with a slightly more sexual touch. I do this for the ladies just for fun, just holding them in place with my hands. they admit they like it.
But if they need a liitle more "punishment" after a little spankee, I'll put some real tickle torture on the soles of their feet. I use a little bondage tape on the ankles. this way I can keep the feet in place while I tickle with both hands.
I like the colored tape I buy on the web. It is more expensive but heavier, and easier to use than the cheaper black kind. And more re-usable
Also, I like to use the pink -- a nice soft color for women -- since I don't want the ladies to feel like I am a BDS&M type. I'm NOT. Pink is also a good color for the cuckhold husband who gets out of hand. Being bound with pink tape has a good psychological effect on most men.
Anyway, bondage tape (if you are not familiar) only sticks to itself, so it doesn't pull out any hairs, or cause discomfort to the sub. It can be put on the sub loosely so as to avoid cutting off the circulation and resulting in numbness to those tender feet.. I want my sub's full attention on my work, and no disctacting discomfort at all. Also, they can stuggle all they want, but no ugly marks, buises or rope burns left on their pretty bodies.
It comes right off when I am done with the sub. Also goes right on em. So you can have em in place before they know it. No time lost fooling around with straps, buckles, velcro, ropes and mess like that.
I pre-cut 4 foot, 3 foot, and 6 foot sections and finish off the ends with color coded duct tape --- a different color for each length. The duct tape also makes the lengths easier to seperate, so I can grab just the one I'm looking for automatically. I carry a set folded in my pocket at all times --- just in case.
Anyway, I will have my necessary lengths ready (but out of her sight). Then with her still across my lap, I grab both her ankles, and have the tape on her in a second tops. I am already sitting on a bed or couch, so I can easily position her to the bad/couch from there. A smaller man could have her already face down on the bed. If she's the rowdy type just pull her wrists behind her back, and wrap the them. The second it's on, it's too late for her to reissit.
DON'T WRAP THE WRISTS OF AN OVERWEIGHT WOMAN BEHIND HER BACK. DON'T EVEN DO THIS AT ALL TO A WOMAN UNLESS YOU KNOW SHE IS IN GOOD HEALTH.
If she's smaller or tamer, I'll just smack her bottom if she gives me any trouble.
If I want to, I'll double over a piece of the tape, wrap her big toes and secure them to the bed frame with her ankles on the edge of the bed. that way she can't wriggle or curl up her feet to resist me.
Secret to tickling feet: tickle with the finger tips lightly(mainly the index and middle finger, but mix it up a bit). Be sure you're tickling and NOT scratching. BE VERY CAREFUL because sometimes when a sub sounds and looks like they are laughing when they actualy can't catch their breath and are gasping for air. IF THEY CAN'T BREATHE THEY ARE NOT HAVING FUN. If they can talk and apper to be laughing and wriggling their free toes, they're ok. Stop tickling after few minutes. If they really hate it, they will tell you so in a serious voice. So, let 'um go. If they like it, they will kind of purr and
lay back, like they secretly hoping for more.
If they do like it, keep on -- just make sure they don't lose their breath. Tickle the same area till it doesn't tickle anymore, then move to a new spot. Or move the fingers around very unpredictably.
If the woamn suddenly gets a scared look on her face, it mean she is about to lose bladder control. You can decide what to do from there. Let your concise be your guide.hehe. |

Yes. There are many punishments worse than a spanking in my opinion. If I could choose I would ALWAYS take the spanking! Humiliation is my biggest fear and she knows it.
The Question I'm asked most often is 50 licks or five minutes.
I ALWAYS choose fifty licks, of course she occasionally chooses 5 minutes. Five minutes of the "strap-on" are always worse and if I'm not careful I end up getting both. |
