since I've been in a group like this!

I used to be a member of a number of different online and offline groups (primarily in Illinois). I'll name a few and see if any ring a bell: Outer Limits BBS, CompuErotica BBS, Iron Rose, Alt.com, Crimson Moon. I'm sure there were more. I was known by a different name there, but since I used that for vanilla things, too, I thought I should start my "reintroduction" with a new name. That, and my Master requested it. :-)

The main reason for my dropout was that I finally found and married my Master in 2008. I moved to Wisconsin, and due to his career (and now my growing career), we decided to stay out of the public scene.

I lost track of all of my friends years ago, and lately I've gotten awful nostalgic about it all and miss the discussions. While Master and I talk about things somewhat, it's not the same as having friends who understand, can sympathize, and can offer advice.

Over the last year I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. Last night while I couldn't sleep I decided to do a search on "spanking and Fibromyalgia", and I found this group and a very interesting discussion about the subject (which I will likely be posting on in a bit). I read other topics, and I asked my Master tonight if I could join.

While all this sounds like a strict M/s relationship, it really isn't all that structured. We are a typical husband and wife who also happen to be Master and slave. It doesn't permeate our life much at all, especially since my Fibro and OA started flaring up. I get short maintenance spankings every week, and that's about it. For the most part that suits us fine, but I do miss the activity I used to be involved in.

So, I'm here to try to get my mindset back into what it was years ago before a series of bad Doms screwed me up (before my husband), when I used to enjoy in the flesh what my mind still gets turned on by.
