LOL I too bruise easily. I feel your pain. Here is my best advice: tanning lotion! Believe it or not, it seems to work better than anything else. I think it's because nothing makes the bruises go away (other than time). But a deep tan seems to camouflage it! Also, take comfort in the fact that in a week the bruises will fade... heck they may even be gone entirely. |

Haha thanks! I read on the internet some ways to get rid of bruises, most are home remedies: 1.) take an aspirin, it thins the blood and will cause an immune reaction to get those nasty bruises gone. 2.) use either tea bags, or ground coffee on the bruised area...heres why, caffeine stimulates blood flow and increased bloodflow to the bruise helps heal it faster. 3.) use a heat pad for 20 min at a time, once again, it soothing and get the blood pumping! 4.) lots of lotions w/ cocoa butter or vit E and vit K. - so for all of us that bruise easily this may help! i tried the coffee grounds, felt weird, but I swear it helped the blackness fade a little bit! As a nurse, I would caution against some of the above home remedies. Particularly the Aspirin and the Caffeine. Bruising is simply broken blood vessels bleeding into the spaces between the cells of the surrounding area. Increased blood flow to the area or overall will INCREASE the amount of bruising, not decrease it. Even afterwards, the increased blood flow will do nothing about the bruises, as the blood that leaked from the blood vessels will have to break down and be reabsorbed in order for it to go away. However the Vitamins E and K do help, both topically and taken as usual pills/caplets. However, it is not hard to overdose on these, and overdosing can contribute to the formations of blood clots - a very serious medical issues. I would suggest topical application of either/both Vit E and Vit K. Immediately, following a spanking, ice or cold cloths for 15 - 20 minutes will also slow the amount of bruising, although it will also remove most/all of the warmed bottom effect from the spanking. Life is short. Eat dessert first.

Hi, I to bruise very easily and a friend of mine introduced me to Arnica oil. It helps with pain, swelling and bruising. Apply it directly after a spanking and then apply for several days after the spanking and you will see a difference that it makes. I use it when I have had a particulary hard spanking and it has helped me tremendously and it heals them alot faster too. Good luck! |

Tell your spanker to increase the warm up Spanking. Depending on how severe the Spanking is you may still bruise but it will not be as bad |
