Hi, I'm K, from Detroit, Michigan. I found the Spanking Den via a link from a popular spanking Personals site, and I was VERY pleased to see the rules listed here, that disallow posts on anything but adult spanking fun. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 
I'm a lifelong spanko, enjoying real life contact not long after getting online back in 1997. It only took a few hours to get used to the new computer, and to find spanking sites. It was a few short months before I began to meet folks in real life.
I used to enjoy SSS, the spanking newsgroup, under the name Privte. (I'd love to hear from old friends there.  ) I've been active with the local spanking group, as well as some national groups, but remain interested in "private" fun. After our local group went M/f only, I started my own group, but found too many onliners, and few r/l folks, so I gave the group away, and while I remain active in the group, we're hoping it still takes off. (If you're from the Detroit area and interested, let me know.)
Spanking began as my only kink sort of interest, but I have since learned never to say "never," and have ventured into many other aspects of BDSM. I particularly enjoy Doms that bottom  , and masculine bottom men. As I'm more involved with S&M, over D/s, I have no interest in sub males. I also have no interest in couples, or women, except as friends. 
I'm a collector of implements, so when asked what I enjoy "using," I think it's easier for me to say what I don't like to use. 
I spank for the pure pleasure of it, and rarely enjoy real discipline/punishment scenes. Role play is not out of the realm of possibilities, depending on the roles. I'm not one to play Mommy, or even Auntie. I just like being "me!"
I'm looking forward to scanning the posts, and joining in the discussions. I also hope to meet some on you, as time goes on.

Bethie, I love the photo with your post. I lost my only little baby dog, five weeks ago (one of the toughest things I've every done in my entire life) and your photo made me cry and think of her too. She would've been 17 yrs. old on October 30th. She's a little doggie angel, for real now ...although the devil horns probably would be more appropriate for my Bijoux.

Ftop, I lost my tiny Chihuahua two years ago and when I saw that pic, I couldn't believe how much it looked like her! She was such a good dog and I want another Chihuahua really badly now. So when I found that pic, I had to have it as my avatar. Besides everyone knows I'm just a little angel.
