Thanks for the welcomes in the meet and greet area. The reason I'm nervous about all this is because for one thing, we haven't practiced any of the lifestyle for quite some time. I can't remember when the last time (before this morning that is) that my DH spanked me. We both love it .. whether it's for fun or punishment we've always loved it. The problem is that we both work in fields where it concerns us about people finding out. In our lines of work, most would not expect this and would get all weird and call us perverts, I'm sure. So of couse we keep it all secret so talking openly on this board makes me feel like if I step out of my house now to go to the store or something that everyone knows.
We have just one of three children still living at home. By this time next week the others will all have come home from out of state for the one who still lives here's wedding and they will all be gone. The wedding is Saturday.
DH and I have been talking for MONTHS about how we want to live once the house is all ours and the tension has been mounting. I want this. Always have. There's no better feeling in the world than that warmed bottom submissive feeling. I just don't want people knowing but I need somewhere to go for the encouragement to keep the momentum going. In the past, the minute I wasn't in the mood to be spanked DH thought that meant I didn't want to continue so we'd fizzle out. I have a letter already for him explaining that I do NOT want to fizzle out this time.
Anyhow, thanks for listening to my rambling. It's nice to have somewhere to go. |

Fortysomething you have come to the right place. You will get plenty of encouragement here. I think its great that you will be able to have the spanking life you want with all the kids gone!!
I still have kids at home...the youngest is almost 2 so it will be some time before I have what you have!!! |

I'm very happy about it too!!! We're anticipating our soon to be total freedom. I know for a fact that we would not have been so back and forth with it all had the kids not been a hindrance. |

Yes, it is what I want. Actually it's what we have always wanted but couldn't seem to maintain with kids in the house. It just got frustrating and we gave up at times. Now however the momentum is building and I couldn't be happier!! |
