The description they have of this product on the Smitten Kitten website reads as follows:

18" length
3/8" neoprene rubber
I've been wanting a cane for a while (You know.. and then I can work on finding someone to use it on or to have use on me) and this one's very decently priced, I love the store, and they have free shipping. :D! It loses some of the ritual quality of the cane, but there's something kind of interesting about it too.
But I was wondering if anyone had tried something like this. It seems like a major owie, but can anyone back this up/offer suspicions? |

We haven't tried rubber yet, and I do mean "yet" as we're expecting a round rubber paddle in the mail soon. I've heard good and bad about rubber so I'm very curious to see what the paddle will feel like.
As for canes, we have three traditional rattan canes and one acrylic cane. I've enjoyed all of them so if the rubber paddle works out, I may have to consider the rubber one. I enjoy intense spanking play so you never know...but then again I may chicken out after we try out the rubber paddle!  |

I like to imagine that if you stretch it it could be rather like shooting a giant rubber band.
I don't know, I mean, it does sound pretty extreme, but.. still not entirely in a bad way. I can see myself being up for something like that on occasion.
Good luck with the paddle Bethie. Just remember, Rubber smells funny when you burn it and shredding it only makes a new flogger. But you can always use it to kneel on while gardening! :D! |

I have a few friends over at overlap and they all say the same thing about rubber...it's extreme.
Sarah has a cane but it is the traditional English School cane that she had made in London by Miss Martindale. I'd forgotten just how wicked these things are until last night, lol.
Good luck in your quest but rubber? so not for me.

Hmmm we'll have to see how it works out with that rubber paddle. Honestly, we're both intrigued by the liquid cane now.
I recently posted something about starting a support group for greedy spanko bottoms who can't stop buying spanking implements. I figured it wouldn't help though because we'd tell each other about the evil toys we'd bought and that would only inspire us to get more toys.
I decided the conversations about the evil toys would go along the lines of, "How bad was it really? How long was your bottom sore? How awful! Hmm now where did you say you bought that?" 
I afraid this conversation has led me once again down that same path. Y'all have to quit introducing me to new toys!   |
