I am curious....how many spankers/spankees believe that when one does corner time, their spanked bottom should be exposed? |

Hmmm.... I've never done it, but I think I would vote on the exposed side. It just seems like a part of the scene to me. |

I guess I should have posted my own thoughts on it too LOL I have done corner time both ways; covered and uncovered. I think the exposed corner time is reserved for when I have really really really been nawty; it would not have the same effect on me if it was done all the time. |

I've never done corner time either but I'm with badgirl - bottoms should be bared & sporting a nice blush during corner time.

Everytime she is sent to the corner her bottom is exposed,so yes definately exposed, it also is quite cute her standing there with clothes on but bottom exposed. |

I've done it once......and my bottom was exposed. I must admit that it was a very humbling experience. We were at the experimental stage of spanking - haven't done it since...mmmm...it might be something to mention to hubby (maybe)

I get corner time. Sometimes it's bare sometimes it's not - just depends on the time/situation. Bare ones are the worst. |

Bratattitude - You are so right, it does depend on the time/situation and I really do think that not having to stand with your bare bottom showing all the time make the time that you do have to more effective. It is like any form of discipline; sometimes the "action" warrants more and sometimes less. I think I like not knowing exactly what is going to happen every time.

We have never done corner time....but I think if we did.....
bare would be the way to go...
ALL spanking is done bare at my house so it would make sense to have corner time done that way too. |

I'll be honest for me it is the fact I have to be still. To add to this last week I had to put my nose on the wall. NO leaning no forehead no nuthin..stand straight and touch a designated spot with my nose. Plus he did it while he sat a few inches away working on some stuff so I had no choice but to serve my time properly. He knows for me to be still is an issue...esp since I was in the middle of doing my hair and makeup at the time -- the last thing I wante to be was stuck on a wall! |

I'm sorry if my post sounded disrespectful. I do understand that others find it thrilling. Perhaps I would too if I'd experienced it; I just don't know. All I meant to say is that it is embarrassing to me when I get spanked as a punishment. (I do not mean that it is not consensual, it just isn't "fun" the way playful spankings are.) Any additional punishment that was added to that - corner time, writing lines, etc - would only serve to increase the embarrassment. Particularly if I had to do it with a bare bottom.

I do get corner time occassionally, and it's mostly BEFORE the spanking (which I know is reverse for most of you) and it is bare bottom. I think he does it before because at the time of the act he was particularly busy with something and needs me to wait until he is finished. Since it is precedes the spanking, I do not worry so much about the corner time as I do about the upcoming spanking! |

interesting conversations indeed, well, my darling and I have not progressed enough to corner time because we have gotten no further than spankings for fun. I'm not so sure he would for discipline.....atleast not yet. although I sense that he's beginnging to enjoy my little red butt! My last relationship did involve corner time, it was always after the spanking and always bare bottom. Of course!! But it never lasted long....because he just couldn't stand the look of it so tempting and pink/red, he had to play!
I imagine if we did do corner time we would both prefer it to be before, me because I enjoy the anticipation, him because we have other more ahem, important things we like to do afterward.

I often get corner time after a spanking, he says no rubbing or moving, if i do he will come to the side of me and hand spank me, 3 or 4 times. if i keep doing it, squirming or shifting feet etc, he might put me back otk for another spanking and then back to corner and then i don't move an inch. It's been awhile since I have been in the corner with my bottom exsposed and bare but of what I remember it's a very humbling experience to stand there like that especially in knowing that he is watching. It gives me butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it! Kind of like that feeling when his belt is coming off and you know your in trouble! |

I've actually been thinking about this a lot recently and have been considering bringing it up to my wife. I think I would enjoy standing in the corner before the spanking while I'm waiting in the bedroom for her to come in. But....I would be happy to stand in the corner afterwards if she so ordered. |

In my opinion, corner time is a must, and it is always with the well warmed butt exposed. I always use corner time after giving a good spanking, and the punished butt is always exposed, for me to examine. Of course, after the corner time, I also always apply some lotion, so if the butt was covered, I would have to uncover it to apply the lotion. So, why not just keep the butt bare?  }
