Crave, I'm afraid this situation might fall into the category of non-consensual if the spanking is coerced. In other words, if the situation is that someone had to take a spanking or lose their job or pay raise or anything along those lines, then it would be a coerced situation.
Honestly, this sounds like a nice fantasy, but in reality it would be a terrible idea. It might work for the right two people if they had a prior relationship or a personal one outside work, but that in itself could be a problem in the work place. I, for one, never mix work with pleasure. |

I think it,s one of the most common fantasies. I also fantasize about spanking my fellow teachers and some of the older students. but it,s not something to follow through on cause just as with love work and play don,t mix. Then there the legal aspects.A boss could certainly get into a lot of trouble if he followed through on a fantasy like that! BUT it is a great fantasy! . I think there,s a lot of role play done with this theme. |

I wouldn't go near it in real life but it is a great fantasy my wife and I often use.
She is a secretary and I act the boss, find fault with her and punish her, either by strip to undies or a spanking - her choice. She always choses the spanking, which she has to take bare bottom.
