I noticed discussion about how much pain some of us can take without crying. In my personal case, I have been through a lot of pain, so I can take a lot of it; and crying has nothing to do with the pain for me.
However, I love a good cry and find it very liberating. For me to cry I have to be with someone I really trust and I have to allow myself to let my guard down. It has nothing to do about how much it hurts, it is all about me being in the right mind space to relinquish to my tears. Afterwards, I feel very calm, usually sleepy and craving some comforting.

agreed, to cry is to let out your stress and trust who ever is making you cry,
ive seen some of the spankjing sites where the womens buts were brused beyond belief,that isnt my turnon,its the submission of self not the sadast desire to harm someone! |

I agree that it is more a state of mind than pain. I know that some of my hardest spankings did not result any crying, but other times I cried wildly with a much lighter spanking with my mind in a different place. |

I am not sure about that Batfinch.
I think we would be surprised on how many men will let their guard down in private. Crying is a very cleansing activity. Not gender related.

I have read some good accounts of what it feels like to have that kind of release. I'm not sure that is something I will ever accomplish nor require but my spanking journey has just begun so who knows. I am an emotional person by nature so maybe my wife and I will get to that stage but it's not something I strive for. Maybe I never will but from what I've read it does sound like a real theraputic relief. |

A lot of feel good chemicals get released in the brain from a good spanking. The calm before the storm is actually very tense but when it is over there is a feeling of release and relaxation. For me it is better than yoga, massage or drugs. |

I always cry when I get spanked. Some of it is out of my pride/feelings being hurt and partly because it hurts so bad. I don't know how people don't cry if they get spanked the way I do |

It depends on the punishment whether I cry or not. My daily maintenance does not make me cry because I'm used to it. However serious punishments o am usually crying before it's over |

I find I will cry more readily during a spanking (especially after my stroke) which make his feel sorry for me (but only sometimes ….lol |
