Ok, well...this is sort of embarrassing, but where else am I going to ask?
Whenever I am spanked for any reason, I get extremely wet...so much so that, even while wearing panties, I have been known to leave a wet spot on the pants-leg of a spanker on on whatever piece of furniture I'm sitting or leaning on.
More than once, this has been mistaken for me losing control of my bladder, and has gotten me threatened with a punishment spanking.

Your reaction isn't uncommon, so don't worry about that. Just be completely honest about what is doing on and I think you will notice that most spankers are thrilled to know you are responding this way.
