Boston Legal is one of the shows that has mentioned spanking, more than a few times.
During the first season, Alan Shore (James Spader's character) was defending a friend, and was in a scene with that man's mother (Jill Clayburgh). He was a little angry with her, and said something like, "Oh, and what are you going to do, spank me?"
She replies, "Well, if I remember correctly...you used to like that!" 
I just finished watching a tape of this week's episode. Once again, Alan Shore's in trouble. Shirley (played by Candance Bergen), comes into Alan's office with a very stern look on her face. Alan sez, "I'll admit to being bad, only if you promise to discipline me!" 
Someone writing this show is a spanko!

wow i cannot believe they are talking about spanking so openly on television. It's old; Ive heard that they talked about spanking, family spanking, in older shows, and now again... hopefully non-spankos will begin to see just how "normal" it is. Then again, what is normal, LOL?

Boston Legal is one of my favorite shows. i think spanking is making a come back into many households. i think spanking is a normal activity between man and women. most couples will not openly admit it but if you could be a fly on the wall in many bedrooms you would see spanking is a very normal thing to one degree or another. this forum allows us to me open and honest about our lifestyle without fear of being judged. i know for a fact that my sister and her husband are into spanking and they are very happy together. sis and i have talked for hours about spanking. we are very close. sis takes my twin girls every friday night because she knows that's "spanking night" for me,as she calls it. so spanking to me is as normal as apple pie.

That's great spankingcouple! I'm so glad that people can be so cool! Jake and I live in an apartment downtown and the neighbors stare at us when we see them, probably because they can hear us, LOL... We joke around that they call us the
"Spanking Neighbors!"

My boyfriend lives in a huge house on 3 acres of land(I think 3. Maybe 4?) So we don't have a problem with people overhearing us, but people are always asking me why I can't sit right sometimes! lol! My house is big, but I don't have a lot of space between me and my neighbors. That has been a problem once and my neighbor (who has known me my whole life) actually went up to my b/f and told him "Don't hold back on that naughty little bum of her's" My face immediately turned red!
As for Boston Legal I heard about that! NCIS is one of those shows too! Harry Potter even has a couple of spanking references, but that might just be commmon for England  |
